Invitation
Turn your inbox into a daily briefing, follow-up tracker, and priority queue – across all your accounts.
Email used to be a communication tool.
Now it's a decision queue, memory system, CRM, task manager, and liability pile — and normal email apps were not built for that.
I get 80–150 emails a day across multiple accounts.
Most don't matter. Some matter a lot.
And this comes with problems:
An inbound lead gets buried under three newsletters
A payment failure from a credit card stays unnoticed
A follow-up I sent two weeks ago and forgot to chase
A client request sitting inside a thread with 11 replies
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail with all their new "AI features" never really solved these problems for me. These tools were designed to help you write faster. Not to stay organized across multiple accounts.
So I built my own. Not another email app. A mailroom.
An AI system that reads, sorts, evaluates, and briefs me on my inbox before I touch it.
It cut my inbox managing time from 60 minutes a day to 10.
This workshop shows you how to install the same system for yourself.
Most "AI email" features work inside one provider. The AI Mailroom doesn't care.
The AI Mailroom gives you a simple chat interface for managing your inbox across multiple accounts — Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, work, personal, all in one view.
Instead of opening Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail and scanning everything manually, you can ask questions like:
“What needs my attention today?”
“Give me my morning briefing.”
“What are the top 3 things I should handle right now?”
“Draft a follow-up for the unanswered leads from last week.”
Every email tagged action_needed, awaiting_reply, fyi, or ignore. Across all your accounts.

Grouped by person. Ordered by what matters today.

What to handle right now — by urgency, deadline, and external dependency.

Oldest first. Drafts the chase email on demand.

The AI Mailroom is designed around your workflow. Your categories. Your rules. Your accounts. Your definition of what matters.
The system prompt lives in a plain text file on your laptop. Want different categories? Different voice? Different rules for who counts as “you”? Open the file. Edit. Save. Your AI works the way you work — not the way a vendor decided for you.
This is not an autonomous email agent that sends messages behind your back. By design. The AI Mailroom can draft a response or follow-up. But you read it. You edit it. You hit send.
That boundary matters. Because email is too important to fully hand over to an agent you don't supervise.

We’re using two tools to do the heavy lifting:
Claude Code — the chat interface and AI assistant
n8n — pulls mail from your providers into a structured data table
No subscriptions beyond Claude Code + n8n.
No app installs. No vendor lock-in. The whole system lives on your laptop.
Together, they cost about $50/month (not included in the workshop).
The upside: both tools are useful far beyond email. Claude Code can help with documents, research, workflows, analysis, and general-purpose AI chat. n8n can connect hundreds of apps and automate much more than your inbox. So you're not buying single-purpose email software. You're building a reusable automation layer for your work.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the AI Mailroom running against demo inbox data, plus the exact steps to connect it to your own account and customize the rules.
If you connect your account during the session, you can leave with it running on your real inbox.
If the system doesn’t work for you or you’re not able to set it up I’ll refund the participation fee, no questions asked.
I use Outlook / iCloud / Fastmail — does it work?
Yes. Anything with IMAP works. We cover provider-specific setup in the workshop (Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Fastmail, ProtonMail).
I'm not technical — can I install it?
If you can copy a token and click around an n8n workflow, you can do this. No code is written. We do the install live, together.
Why not Gemini for Workspace or Microsoft Copilot?
Three reasons: no extra AI subscription on top of what you already pay; works across all your inboxes, not just one; you shape the system to your workflow instead of arguing with a vendor-defined assistant.
What happens after the workshop?
You own the install. It's yours. You literally download a ZIP file that contains all the workflows and prompts.
When? Thursday, June 4, 5-6pm CET. Live.
Investment? $149 USD
Recording? Yes – you'll get the recording 24 hours after the event to keep it forever. Questions are live only.
