My plan to help 100 people add $10k Profit with AI

I've been hands-on involved in over 50 AI projects - from one-person businesses to 300,000+ global enterprises.

What I've learned is that it's incredibly easy to get swept up in AI's excitement.

• "That's such a cool use case!"

• "Our customers would love that!"

• "This will make us look so innovative!"

But chasing the “wow” factor is counter-productive. I've seen too many (actually pretty promising) AI projects die when economics got rough or management attention simply wandered off the next “cool thing”.

That's why in 2025 I'm changing the game.

Let's dive in!

The Goal

I'm not going to help you adopt "AI" anymore.

In 2025, my goal is to help you add more Profit, and we'll use AI as an enabler for that.

Concretely, I want to help 100 people add $10k in additional recurring profit to their business. Whether that's $10k per year, quarter, month, week, or even day depends on the nature of your business.

Here are the Rules:

• We don't care if it's the latest and greatest

• We care if it makes money

• I'm talking plain English to you

• We don't require big upfront investment

• We don't hire new people to build "AI solutions"

• Every new AI project has to pay for itself in the first 3 months

• We will unlock bigger projects by taking lots of smaller wins in a single direction

Now that we're clear on the goal and the rules, let's figure out how I can help you get there.

The Plan

Here's my 6-part plan to make this happen:

1. Share more content with you

I'm planning to update you on everything I'm doing while working towards this goal of helping 100 people make $10k with AI. Wins, fails, learnings. I'll post it here and on socials.

No content calendar, no schedule.

Just me sharing my work and learnings.

2. Write a Daily "Profitable AI Notes" Email

I've been writing this newsletter now for over two years and published weekly for the past 73 weeks in a row.

But there's so much more I want to share with you.

So on top of the weekly, long-form email, I'll launch a new mailing list which shares my raw "field notes" as they happen.

To be super clear - this is a new email list, separate from The Augmented Advantage which continues every Friday with in-depth content as usual.

My daily Profitable AI Notes will be quick 1-minute reads, shared straight from my notes app with actionable insights on profit-focused AI and updates on opportunities to work with me.

Which brings me to point 3.

3. Host Workshops to Introduce You to My Methods

Creating AI courses is great until they're released and get outdated after 3 months.

That's why I'll double down on my AI LIVE Workshop series - a biweekly 60-90 minute session that covers a particular problem (and the solution) that people implementing Profit-Focused AI are experiencing.

Over 100 people already got a pass.

Since these sessions are live, they'll always be cutting edge, using my latest, proven techniques and blueprints.

To keep these sessions accessible, I'll price them in the €80 - €150 range (that's 95% cheaper than what I would normally charge if I hosted these sessions 1:1).

4. Make It Easy To Work With Me 1:1

Knowing the methods, tools, and techniques is one thing, but applying them is a different beast.

Normally, that's where I come in as a consultant. But helping people implement things 1:1 naturally doesn't scale because my time is limited and what I charge isn't accessible for every company.

That's why I'll continue to offer a simple, weekly pricing which gives you access to me via a direct messaging channel and 1:1 calls if you need them, on demand.

I'm calling it "The AI 10K" and I've already started working with 5 people last year to help them get closer to their goal of adding $10k profit with AI.

I love this format because it allows me to be close to the people who need my help, and also fit in my busy schedule.

But of course, this means I'll be less available for "regular" consulting in 2025. I'll keep 3 spots reserved for my best clients.

5. Grow the AI 10K to 90 Active Members

By the end of 2025, I want to have 90 active members in the AI 10K.

I won't be able to cater to everyone at once, so I'm building this gradually with opportunities to join along the way. 90 will be my upper limit for 2025.

Those who join early will get the most help, as I adjust my working model while supporting more people. And as always, workshop customers will have first access.

For January, I'm making 10 spots available. These are open until January 15, 2025, or until all spots are filled – whichever comes first.

6. Unlimited Advisory for 7 People

I've never done this before.

But I know that some people don't need me for a plan, or the techniques, or even my skill. They need my help to check in, stay on track, and get quick help if needed - whenever they need it. That's why I'll open 7 spots that get unlimited mentoring calls with me in 2025.

Book a call whenever you like, as much as you like. Consider it like having me at your fingertips - whenever you need me.

The insane thing is that the price for this will be as much as I typically charge for a single day of consulting.

I'm currently offering this to my existing clients first, but I'll reserve a few spots for my newsletter subscribers as well.
