Most of the businesses I work with have more than one person responsible for first-level customer support. That's $5-15K/month before you count the delays, inconsistency, and the questions that fall through the cracks.
The best AI support system I've built resolves 82% of those requests without human involvement. It runs at roughly $900/month. But we didn't start there – and you shouldn't either.
There are three versions of this system, from $0 to ~$25K in build cost. Each one makes sense at a different scale. In this workshop, I'll build the first version live, walk through the economics of all three, and help you figure out which one – if any – is worth it for your business.

What this costs to build and run at each level. The ticket volume where it pays for itself. What it replaces – and what it doesn't.
Level 1: The $0 Starter (15 min)
A Q&A chatbot built live on a real website. You'll see what it handles out of the box, where it breaks, and who should stop here. Build cost: $0. Monthly cost: $20–50.
Level 2: The Insight Engine (25 min)
What changes when you add intent tracking and classification. This is where most companies discover the support patterns they didn't know they had – and where the business case for Level 3 either appears or doesn't.
Level 3: The 82% System (20 min)
Routing, flagging, automatic resolution. What turns a chatbot into a support operation agent. I'll show you what this looks like without getting into implementation details (unless you ask).

My honest assessment on what your ticket volume needs to be for each version to pay off. What data you need before starting. What the first 30 days look like. And when the answer is "not yet".
